I can't believe how quickly time goes by! Arwyn finished pre-K, celebrated her 5th birthday and started kindergarten this week! She is such a young lady! And Adeline is already 13 months, her first year come and gone!! She has been rapidly growing up (much to my dismay), she started walking a week after 9 months, and has already begun speaking. She says Da-da for Daddy and bird, thanks to her morning walks with Granny, she also says dog, ball, bite, bye-bye and a few others. She NEVER slows down and is as strong as an ox (just like her Daddy), I have taken to calling her bam bam. She and Arwyn play wrestle; Arwyn is gentle, Adeline is rough!
We enjoyed our summertime together, lots of family time! We took a trip to Paris to see Pepaw and Meme. We also got to visit with Nanny and Aunt Linda! Played at the beach, splashtown, the zoo and have just been busy busy! I am amazed at just how incredible my girls are, Arwyn is such a great big sister so patient and gentle, and Addie adores her big sister. You can tell Adeline to go hug her sister, she will walk through the house to find and hug her sister! Each and everyday is something new and interesting, we are so blessed!
Arwyn is writing her name, and a few other words, reading is still one of her favorite things, and I am proud to say she is identifying several words, reading alone just around the corner! Adeline is too cute (not that I am biased or anything) she has a friend, her little pink bear! She carries her bear everywhere, and will not sleep with out her little "pinkie!"
